Operation Instruction: 1. Prepare the unsoldering equipment and remove the handle from the holder. 2. Turn on the power. 3. Select the best nozzle, preferably a large-caliber nozzle. 4. Power on the device; the screen will display "----", indicating standby mode. 5. Press the ↑ or ↓ button (revolving switch) to set the desired temperature. 6. Adjust the airflow power switch to set the required wind speed. 7. Hold the handle to begin heating. Adjust the revolving airflow switch to select the suitable airflow, and the station can operate normally once the temperature is stable. 8. When you finish working, return the handle to the holder, and the heat gun handle will cool down automatically. When the temperature drops below 100°C, the screen will display "----", indicating the device has switched to standby mode. Once the heating element temperature is below 70°C, the equipment will enter standby mode (if there is airflow, it means the temperature is above 70°C; the airflow will stop only when the temperature is below 70°C). 9. Turn off the power and unplug the device if it will not be used for an extended period.
Hot Air Gun Connector: The correct insertion method is with the groove facing upward. The holes serve the following purposes: 1, 2: Hole-sensor 3: Magnet switch 4: Ground lead 5, 6: Heat gun 7, 8: Heating element The jacks need to be connected one-to-one to avoid grounding failure.
Hot Air Gun: The powerful brushless fan provides a stable airflow supply. The unique design prevents hot air from returning.
Cautions: Set the temperature as low as possible and the airflow as high as possible to extend the heating element's lifespan and protect the IC chips.
Warm Up Quick: This 858D microcomputer-controlled soldering station quickly heats up to the set temperature within 3-5 seconds, with a maximum temperature of 500°C.
