The Pinecil is a smart, mini, and portable soldering iron with a 32-bit RISC-V SoC. It boasts a sleek design, auto standby feature, and heats up to an operating temperature in just 12 seconds! The soldering tip temperature is adjustable between 100°C and 400°C using the adjustment buttons, and the device features an easy-to-read OLED display.
The Pinecil measures 17cm x 12cm x 2.3cm and weighs 88 grams. It runs on Ralim's IronOS, a 32-bit RV32IMAC RISC-V Bumblebee Core operating at 108 MHz. The device features a 0.69-inch OLED white color monochrome display with a resolution of 96x16 pixels.
The Pinecil offers dual power input designs: a USB-C port that supports both PD and QC 3.0, as well as a DC5525 barrel DC jack that accepts 12V to 21V DC at 3A. (Note: Power supply is not included.)
One of the standout features of the Pinecil is its rapid warm-up time. It reaches its operating temperature in just 12 seconds, and it supports an on-demand rapid boost feature for even faster heating.
